Multo helps chefs in the kitchen to prep and cook. It also cleans itself afterwards. Its prepping functions include: cut, chop, grind, knead, grate, weigh/scale and more. Its cooking functions include: sauté, steam, boil, mix, emulsify and more.The result is a new type of kitchen appliance that makes cooking easier for all, whether as an all-in-one machine that can help you cook entire meals, or as a reliable sous-chef that helps you make one part of your more elaborate feasts.
Multo has 2 clean modes: a Quick Wash and a Deep Clean. For both options, you’ll need to add some dishwashing liquid and water. Quick Wash is a 30-second cleanse, usually suggested to be used for a quick bowl refresh between steps or recipes. Deep Clean is a 3-minute cleanse which involves heating up the bowl for a longer, deeper clean that effectively removes all residue from cooking. After using either modes, simply pour out the soapy water and give the bowl a quick run through water to remove any remaining soap. All accessories and the bowl itself are dishwasher-safe.

It’s perfect for cooks of all levels, from novices to enthusiasts who want to try cooking new types of food and expand their culinary prowess. Every week 5 new recipes are being added to our recipe library and you can access them by simply refreshing the content at no added cost. Cooking Modes is where you can use Multo for singular functions. Currently available modes include Sauté, Steam, Weigh, Knead, Keep Warm. Manual mode allows you to create custom recipes, ranging from simply chopping and grinding to slow-cooking and sous-vide.
The Smart Kitchen Hub is an included and essential part of Multo. During the conception of the machine, we wanted the ability to control the cooking appliance while we were away from it, either because we were doing something else in the kitchen or working outside of it. The Hub is the answer to that – a dedicated tablet that you can take with you anywhere in or out of the kitchen to control and monitor the appliance.
