The blade has a sharp side when set to a clockwise rotation.We recommend to use Speed 8 set to 15-25 sec for approximately 7 oz or 200g to finely mince chicken, beef, pork and other meat ingredients. This can be used to prepare meat for meatballs or shrimp for shrimp cakes. Related Recipes
