Preserve your bread's freshness so you can enjoy it longer by baking it three-fourths of the baking time. After baking, allow it to totally cool down before freezing. When it's time to eat, take out the bread out of the freezer and heat it up in the oven with circulating air on 170°C for 20 minutes.
