What is the maximum amount of dough I can make with Multo®?

Multo® can knead up to 28oz (800g) of dough for a maximum time of 2 min. If you require to knead more than 28oz (800g) of dough we recommend to split it into separate batches to avoid overloading and overheating of the motor. Allow at least 10 min for the main unit to cool down before proceeding to the next cooking step. We advise not to leave Multo® unattended while cooking.
