Why the scale of my Multo® does not recognize the added weight when I am adding the ingredients in?

It may be that you poured the ingredient too slowly that is why the scale failed to detect the weight. The key is to pour the ingredient carefully but all at once. This is specifically applicable to yeast or baking powder where little quantity is usually needed. If the ingredient weighs less than 0.25 oz. or 5 grams, the scale will not recognize it.
