    8 Bratwurst sausages  
    60oz / 1.8kg Yukon Gold Potatoes 
    24oz / 700ml Marinara sauce  
    4oz / 100g Cooking cream 
    10oz / 300g Shredded Mozzarella  

     

    PotatoCheeseCheesy Mashed Potatoes  

    20oz / 600g Yukon gold potatoes 
    25oz / 700ml Water  
    2oz / 50ml Cooking cream  
    5oz / 150g Milk 
    5oz / 150g Shredded Mozzarella  
    Salt and pepper to taste 

    • Prepare your potatoes by peeling and then rough chop them. Add them into the simmering basket. Add your water to the mixing bowl and insert the simmering basket, steam for 25 minutes on steaming mode with the measuring cup inserted. 
    • Once cooked remove the simmering basket and empty the water out of the mixing bowl. Add your cooked potatoes back to the mixing bowl along with your cream, milk, cheese and seasoning. Cook the potatoes again on manual mode speed setting 2 Stir for 2 minutes at250°F / 120°C.  
    • Remove from mixing bowl and serve immediately. If you require the mash smoother increase the speed to 3.  

     

    Hot dog Brats with Potato and Marinara sauce 

    8 Smoked Brats  
    14oz / 400ml Marinara sauce 
    7oz / 200ml Water 
    20oz / 600g Yukon gold potatoes 
    Salt and pepper to taste 

    • Prepare your potatoes by peeling and then chopping them into 1-inch cubes. Add them into the simmering basket. 
    • Slice your sausage into 1-inch pieces then add to the deep steaming tray.  
    • Add your marinara sauce and water to the mixing bowl then insert the simmering basket and the deep steaming tray.  Cook your meal for 25 minutes on manual mode 230°F /110°C at speed 1 Stir.  
    • Once cooked remove your deep steaming tray and simmering basket then carefully place the cooked potatoes, sausages and marina sauce into a large serving dish and mix well.  
    • Serve with a nice side salad and enjoy. 

     

    Tomato Sausage and Tomato Potato Casserole  

    20oz / 600g Yukon gold potatoes 
    25oz / 700ml Water  
    2oz / 50ml Cooking cream  
    5oz / 150g Milk 
    5oz / 150g Shredded Mozzarella  
    12 Smoked Brats  
    10oz / 300ml Marinara sauce 
    Salt and pepper to taste 

    • Prepare your potatoes by peeling and then rough chop them. Add them into the simmering basket. Add your water to the mixing bowl and insert the simmering basket, steam for 20 minutes on steaming mode with the measuring cup inserted. 
    • Whilst your potatoes cook preheat your oven to400°F / 200°C. Prepare your sausages by slicing them into half inch disks and adding them into an oven proof casserole dish. Mix your marinara sauce through the potatoes and reserve for later.  
    • Once the potato is cooked remove the simmering basket and empty the water out of the mixing bowl. Add your cooked potatoes back to the mixing bowl along with your cream, milk, and seasoning. Cook the potatoes again on manual mode speed setting 2 Stir for 2 minutes at250°F / 120°C.  
    • After your potatoes are ready carefully spoon the mash over the top of the sausages and sprinkle the mozzarella cheese over. Bake in the oven for 25 minutes more till golden and crispy.
