Ingredients
8 OZ / 225 G flour
4 OZ / 115 G butter
1 OZ / 30 G almond flour
2 OZ / 60 G icing sugar
1 EA egg
2 OZ / 60 G dried cranberries
Directions
Freeze the butter. Preheat the oven to 355°F|180°C.
Add flour, frozen butter, cranberries and icing sugar to the mixing bowl. Knead the dough for 2 minutes.
Add egg to mixing bowl. Knead for 2 minutes.
Roll out the dough thinly then freeze for 20 mins.
Cut out desired shapes with the cookie cutter.
Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes.
