This cocktail sauce is a classic that never gets old.
Ingredients
7 OZ / 200 G ketchup
0.5 EA lemon
1 EA banana shallot
2 TBSP creamed horseradish
1 TSP worcestershire sauce
Directions
Peel your shallot then add it to the mixing bowl and chop it up for 10 seconds / speed 10.
Add ketchup, horseradish, worcestershire sauce, lemon juice and zest to the mixing bowl. Then mix for 30 seconds / speed 2. Transfer to another bowl and chill until ready to serve.
Enjoy your meal! Serve with poached prawns. For a more creamy finish substitute half the ketch up with mayo.
