Directions

1. Peel your shallot then add it to the mixing bowl and chop it up for 10 seconds / speed 10.

2. Add ketchup, horseradish, worcestershire sauce, lemon juice and zest to the mixing bowl. Then mix for 30 seconds / speed 2. Transfer to another bowl and chill until ready to serve.

3. Enjoy your meal! Serve with poached prawns. For a more creamy finish substitute half the ketch up with mayo.
