Directions
Add your chocolate to the mixing bowl. Chop for 20 seconds / speed 8. Scrape down the sides with the spatula.
Insert your butterfly whisk to the mixing bowl. Melt your chocolate for 10 minutes / 150°F|65°C / speed 2 / stir.
