As your baby starts to experiment, it is so hard for a parent to know what to cook for your baby. Try this recipe, perfect for your 12-month-old.
Ingredients
1 OZ / 25 G cheddar cheese
3.5 OZ / 100 G broccoli
1 OZ / 25 G shallots
2 OZ / 50 G risotto rice
1 TSP avocado oil
3.5 OZ / 100 G skinless salmon fillets, cut into 1-inch pieces
10.5 OZ / 300 ML water
Directions
Floret the broccoli, then halve and peel the shallots. Add your broccoli and shallots to the mixing bowl. Chop the mix for 5 seconds / speed 8. Scrape down the sides of the mixing bowl with a spatula.
Remove the measuring cup, add the oil and sauté for 2 minutes / 230°F|110°C.
Add rice to the mixing bowl. Sauté for 45 seconds / 230°F|110°C.
Add the salmon and water to the mixing bowl. Then, cook your rice for 20 minutes / 212°F|100°C.
Add your shredded cheese to the mixing bowl. Mix the rice for 1 minute
Serve immediately.
TIP: If you are making this for meal prep, spread it thinly onto a sheet pan to allow quick cooling, then put it into the fridge. Eat within a day.
