Sometimes simplicity is the best, enjoy these carrots cooked in multo with butter.
Ingredients

28 OZ / 800 G carrots

17.5 OZ / 500 ML water

1 TSP salt

1 TSP pepper

2 OZ / 50 G butter

1 TBSP fresh parsley
Directions
Wash, peel and prepare the carrots by cutting them in batons. Chop the parsley. Arrange the carrot in the deep steaming tray.
Add the water to the mixing bowl and attach the deep steaming tray. Season the carrot with some salt and pepper. Steam the carrot for 25 minutes.
Once cooked, carefully place your carrot into the serving dish then add some freshly chopped parsley and butter.
Enjoy your dish!

TIP:
- You can toss a little bit of pernod through your carrots for an aniseed kick.
