There may be some instances where Multo® overheats. In these cases, Multo will temporary stop working for safety reasons. To resolve the issue, just let Multo cool down for 10 minutes and in most cases will be back in working shape.
If this doesn't work, please contact us at support@cookingpal.com with your order number so we can assist you with your case.
Here are some instances where Multo® may overheat:
Water, or any other liquid, has been boiled dry.
Solution: Make sure to add a sufficient amount of liquids. For water or liquids of similar viscosity, it will take about 25 min to boil 12 cups (3L) of water and 30 min to evaporate 2 cups (500mL) of water.
Sautéing with insufficient amount of oil / grease
Solution: Allow Multo® to cool down for at least 10 mins, clean the bowl if there is a burn mark and repeat the step adding more oil to the bowl.
Kneading time exceeded 2 minutes or dough exceeded 1.8lbs (800g)
Solution: Allow Multo® to cool down for 10 minutes before next use. Refer to manual for how to use kneading mode correctly (i.e. knead in 2 minute sessions, for dough not exceeded 1.8lbs).
