    Software Update 1.6.3

We’ve been made aware that some users are receiving multiple prompts during the software update for 1.6.3. Please note that this is expected, and that the update process this time may require the user to update up to three times:

    • The Smart Kitchen Hub will update once for a bug fix. It will restart afterwards.
    • The Smart Kitchen Hub will update to 1.6.3. It will restart afterwards.
    • Multo (the appliance) will update once. To ensure this happens smoothly, make sure that both Multo and the Hub are turned on and are within 5 feet of each other.

There will be a popup on the Hub for all three instances requesting you to update. Simply follow the instructions on the popup.

For a smooth update, please ensure that you connected your Hub to Wi-Fi and paired Multo and the Hub together via Bluetooth, and that the Hub and Multo are close to each other.

You can view this video for more details (0:18) on how to make sure your Hub and Multo are paired.
