Teriyaki Salmon with Noodles

Your Shopping List:
5oz / 150ml Teriyaki Sauce
14oz / 400g Egg Noodles
2 fillets Salmon
20oz / 600g Mixed stir fry Vegetable pack
2oz / 50g Ginger
6 cloves garlic
6 tbsp Light soy sauce
9 Tbsp Olive Oil
Teriyaki Salmon with Noodles
2x Salmon fillets
5oz / 150g Teriyaki Sauce
7oz / 200g egg noodles
5oz / 150g Mixed stir fry veggies
2 tsp salt
2 TBSP Olive oil
1.5 Q / 1500ml Water

Slice your salmon into strips the marinade with two thirds of the teriyaki sauce for 10 minutes. Once marinaded arrange the salmon onto the deep steaming tray.

Add your water and salt into the mixing bowl and preheat using sauté mode 5 minutes.

Add your noodle into the mixing bowl and attach your deep steaming tray. Cook on sauté modefor 10 minutes. Once done remove your deep steaming tray and strain the noodles.

Add your oil into the mixing bowl along with the mixed vegetables then sauté for 5 minutes using sauté mode. Scrape down the sides.

Add your noodles back to the mixing bowl along with the remaining teriyaki sauce and stir the noodles on manual mode speed setting 1 stir.

Serve the noodles with the salmon and enjoy.
Chow Mein
7oz / 200g egg noodles
5oz / 150g Mixed stir fry veggies.
3 TBSP Olive oil
1.5 Q / 1500ml Water
2 tsp salt
1oz / 25g Ginger
3 Cloves Garlic
3 TBSP Light soy sauce

Add your water and salt into the mixing bowl and preheat using sauté mode 5 minutes.

Add your noodle into the mixing bowl and cook on sauté modefor 10 minutes. Once done strain the noodles. Clean out the mixing bowl.

Peel your ginger and garlic then add them to the mixing bowl. Using Turbo on manual mode pulverize your garlic and ginger for 5 seconds. Scrape down the sides.

Add your oil into the mixing bowl along with the mixed vegetables then sauté for 8 minutes using sauté mode. Scrape down the sides.

Add your noodles back to the mixing bowl along with the soy sauce and stir the noodles on manual mode speed setting 1 stir.

Serve the noodles with some cilantro and sesame seeds.
Stir Fried Vegetables
10oz / 300g Mixed stir fry veggies.
3 TBSP Olive oil
2 tsp salt
1oz / 25g Ginger
3 Cloves Garlic
3 TBSP Light soy sauce

Peel your ginger and garlic then add them to the mixing bowl. Using Turbo on manual mode pulverize your garlic and ginger for 5 seconds. Scrape down the sides.

Add your oil and soy sauce into the mixing bowl along with the mixed vegetables then sauté for 10 minutes using sauté mode with the measuring cup removed.

Serve on the side of any meal.
