Cleaning Multo® and its accessories is easy.

Here's how:

- Accessories such as steamer, butterfly whisk, spatula, simmering basket, measuring cup, mixing bowl, and lid are specifically designed to be washed and cleaned using a standard household dishwasher.

However, the accessories are sensitive to the extremely high temperature of an industrial dishwasher which can cause damage in the long run.

Thus, we advise against washing Multo® accessories at a temperature beyond 65°C or on a high rack of a dishwasher.

- It's normal that water can get inside the bowl handle while in the dishwasher, but it will eventually become dry again.

- When dealing with stains, it is advised to wipe them off as soon as possible after becoming apparent. This usually happens when cooking dishes with plenty of spices like curry. Doing this will prevent tedious cleaning on your part.

- Any noticeable odor on your mixing bowl or its seal ring can be mitigated by putting the lid upside down on the mixing bowl when not in use.

- Multo® has two cleaning modes: quick wash if you need to rinse the bowl in between the steps and deep clean to remove tough stains.

- Cleaning the Hub is the same as Multo®. Just wipe it with a soft damp cloth and a glass cleaner.

- Avoid cleaning the touch screen display while cooking as it may interrupt the cooking process.
