My Multo®'s control button LED turned red and it's not working right now. What should I do?

    Control button on Multo® turns red to indicate the problem has occurred. Follow the instructions on the Hub to resolve the problem. You could also try to power the appliance off and on again and see if the problem persists. If Multo® is still not working, please reach us through our toll-free line (866) 548-3092.
