Just like any kitchen tool, regular use of Multo® will gradually result in signs of wear and tear, especially when using hard ingredients. This is normal even in high quality kitchen tools just like Multo®. While marks appearing on the tools may not look visually appealing, they do not affect performance in any way. However, a large dent may not be normal sign of wear and tear as it may be caused by heavy metal objects that come in contact with the blade or mixing bowl. It can also be caused if the blade or mixing bowl is dropped on a hard surface.
