I observed that the lid of my Multo® does not close properly which causes leakage. Is there a solution to this?

The first thing to do is to check whether you have properly attached the lid seal. If the lid seal is in place, please check whether the lid, lid seal or the seal rim are damaged or deformed in any way. If the lid, lid seal or the rim suffers damage, it needs replacement.
