The Multo®’s mixing bowl has a full load capacity of 4.7QT or 4.5L, and cooking capacity of 3QT or 3L. It was limited to this for better and easier handling when it is filled to its maximum level. However, it is worth noting that adding a steamer increases the Multo™’s total capacity by 4QT or 3.8L.
