Ingredients
3 OZ / 90 G cocoa
1 TSP vanilla extract
3.5 OZ / 100 G softened butter
3.5 OZ / 100 G macadamia
7 OZ / 200 G sugar
3.5 OZ / 100 G milk chocolate
3.5 OZ / 100 G all-purpose flour
3 EA egg
Directions
Attach the butterfly whisk. Add the eggs, vanilla and sugar to the mixing bowl. Mix for 3 minutes / speed 4. Roughly chop the chocolate.
Add the butter, cocoa and flour to the egg mixture. Mix well for 2 minutes / speed 2.
Remove the butterfly whisk. Once fully combined, add the macadamia and chocolate pieces to the mixing bowl. Mix again for 20 seconds / speed 2 / stir.
Preheat your oven to 175°C / 350°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper, then spread evenly the batter and bake for 25 minutes.
Allow to cool down slightly for eating as brownies should still be gooey. Enjoy!
