Yogurt Panna Cotta, the epitome of creamy decadence, presents itself as a masterpiece of culinary artistry. It is made from natural yogurt, milk, vanilla extract, sugar, gelatine, and rosemary. Mixed with orange zest, this yogurt panna cotta will leave you wanting for more.
Ingredients
9 OZ / 250 G natural yogurt
17.5 OZ / 500 ML full cream milk
0.5 TSP / 2 G vanilla extract
2 OZ / 50 G sugar
1 SPRIG rosemary
0.25 EA orange zest
1.5 TSP / 10 G gelatin
Directions
With a peeler, remove half of the skin of the orange. Add to the mixing bowl along with the milk, vanilla, rosemary and sugar. Cook the mixture for 5 minutes / 250°F|120°C / speed 2 / stir.
Allow the mix to infuse for 10 minutes to ensure the maximum flavor. While the mix infuses, soak your gelatin in cold water
Drain the water from the gelatin, then add it to the mixing bowl. Mix in the gelatin along with yogurt for 2 minutes / speed 2 / stir.
Pass the mix through a fine sieve into a large jug, then place into 4 ramekins. Place in the fridge and allow to set for six hours.
Place ramekins in boiling water for 5 seconds, then turn upside down onto a plate. Serve with fresh fruit.
