Crispy outside, fluffy inside. These churros rolled in cinnamon sugar are staple treats at your parties!
Ingredients
7 OZ / 200 ML water
2 TBSP brown sugar
0.5 TSP salt
2 OZ / 50 G butter
4.5 OZ / 130 G all-purpose flour
2 EA eggs
1 TSP vanilla extract
Directions
Add your water, butter, salt and sugar into the mixing bowl. Cook your mix in sauté mode for 3 minutes. Once cooked, scrape down the sides of the mixing bowl.
Insert your butterfly whisk. Slowly add the flour through the hole on the lid. Cook your batter for 4 minutes / 212°F|100°C / speed 2 / stir.
Allow to cool down for 2 minutes, then mix your egg and vanilla in a small bowl. With the measuring cup removed, beat your eggs into the batter for 2 minutes / speed 3 / stir.
Place your churros in a piping bag with a star nozzle, then cook your churros as desired either air fried, baked, or classically deep fried. Roll in some cinnamon sugar and serve.
