Ingredients
7 OZ / 200 ML soda
2 OZ / 50 ML sugar syrup
7 OZ / 200 G ice
1 BUNCH mint leaves
2 EA limes
3.5 OZ / 100 ML white rum
Directions
Carefully peel the zest of the lime and juice the lime after removing the peel. Add the lime peel and the mint leaves into the mixing bowl, then pulverize the mix with the measuring cup inserted for 15 seconds / speed 8. Scrape down the sides of the mixing bowl.
Add soda, sugar syrup, ice and lime juice to the mixing bowl. With the measuring cup inserted, blend for 20 seconds / speed 7.
Pour out the drink into 2 glasses and divide the rum on top. Garnish with some extra mint.
