Not only refreshing, this vegan-friendly drink only takes a few common ingredients in your pantry. You can save this recipe as well for winter, and just take out the ice cubes to make the hot version of this!
Ingredients
4 EA green tea bags
3 EA lemon
53 OZ / 1500 ML water
2 OZ / 50 ML corn syrup
3.5 OZ / 100 G ice cubes
Directions
Insert your simmering basket into the mixing bowl, along with your tea bags. Pour water over the tea bags. Cook your tea with the measuring cup inserted for 10 minutes / 195°F|90°C / speed 1 / stir.
After your tea is steeped, carefully remove the simmering basket and empty the tea into a jug. Allow your tea to cool down.
While your tea cools, prepare your lemon by quartering them and removing the seeds. Add the quartered lemon into the mixing bowl and chop with the measuring cup inserted for 5 seconds / speed 7. Scrape down the sides of the mixing bowl.
Add your cooled tea into the mixing bowl, along with the corn syrup. Mix the tea with the measuring cup inserted for 20 seconds / speed 3 / stir. Once mixed, serve over the ice in a glass.
