10.5 OZ / 300 G white beans
61.5 OZ / 1.75 L water
2 TSP salt
Directions
Add your dried white beans to a bowl, cover them in water, then soak overnight.
Drain off the water and add them to the mixing bowl, along with the water and salt. Cook your white beans with the measuring cup inserted for 7 minutes / 230°F|110°C / speed 1 / stir. Once cooked, store them in sterilized jars with their cooking liquid.
