Ingredients
17.5 OZ / 500 G butter
3.5 OZ / 100 G chorizo
4 EA garlic
3.5 OZ / 100 ML sun dried tomato
Directions
Roughly chop the chorizo, then add to the mixing bowl, along with your peeled garlic and sun-dried tomato. Pulverize the mix with the measuring cup inserted for 20 seconds / speed 10.
Sauté the chorizo mix to remove the oils from the sausage for 2 minutes / 265°F|130°C / speed 2 / stir. Let the mix cool down in the bowl for 5 minutes.
Add the softened butter to the mixing bowl. Once the chorizo has cooled down, combine the butter with the butterfly whisk in place for 1 minute / speed 3 / stir.
Using a clean plate or a wooden board, spread the butter thinly on top and then add it to the fridge to cool down. Garnish with any fresh herbs and serve with bread, crackers or any kind of cold cuts of meat.

TIP:
Play around with any kind of toppings and fillings for your butter board. For a vegetarian option, use 1 TSP of smoked paprika instead of chorizo.
