Ingredients
9 OZ / 250 G long grain white rice
2 OZ / 50 G onion
1 EA garlic clove
2 TBSP vegetable oil
42.5 OZ / 1.2 L water
2 OZ / 50 G peas
1 EA carrot
2 OZ / 50 G corn kernels
2 TSP / 10 G cilantro leaves
1 TSP salt
Directions
Cut your onion into quarters. Peel the garlic. Peel the carrot and cut it into cubes.
Add your onion, garlic clove, water and salt into the mixing bowl. Close the lid and blend with the measuring cup inserted using turbo mode for 10 seconds.
Place the simmering basket into the mixing bowl. Add the rice, carrots, peas and corn kernels into the simmering basket. Close the lid and cook with the measuring cup inserted for 30 minutes / 212°F|100°C / speed 2 / stir. Once done, remove the basket with the cooked rice and serve.
