Directions
Peel the garlic and add it to the mixing bowl and chop the garlic for 5 seconds / speed 4.
Add vegetable oil to the mixing bowl and cook the oil for 5 minutes / 200°F|95°C / speed 1.
Leave to cool in the mixing bowl. Strain the oil through a fine-mesh sieve into a jar or container.
