Make your own graham cracker crust with only 3 ingredients and have your homemade pies whenever you want it!
Ingredients
8 OZ / 225 G graham crackers
3.5 OZ / 100 G softened butter
1 TBSP sugar
Directions
Add your graham cracker and sugar to the mixing bowl. With the measuring cup inserted, crush your crackers for 20 seconds / speed 8. Scrape down the sides of the mixing bowl.
Add your butter to the mixing bowl. Melt the butter for 4 minutes / 230°F|110°C / speed 3 / stir. Spread the base over a 9-inch tart case. Spread it thinly to cover the whole case. Place your base in the fridge to set.
TIP: Use a glass, cup or something with a flat surface, to make it easier and more even.
