Green beans soup is a delicious homemade soup. It is easy to cook using tomatoes, onion, chicken stock, and green beans, making it a great option for the whole family's weekly menu.
Ingredients
17.5 OZ / 500 G tomato
3.5 OZ / 100 G onion
1 EA garlic clove
10.5 OZ / 300 G grean beans
2 TBSP vegetable oil
1 TBSP salt
35.5 OZ / 1 L chicken stock
1 TSP epazote
3.5 OZ / 100 G panela cheese
Directions
Cut tomatoes and onion into quarters. Peel garlic clove. Cut off the ends of the green beans and cut them into 3 parts.
Add the vegetable oil, tomatoes, a quarter onion and garlic into the mixing bowl. Close the lid with the measuring cup removed and cook in sauté mode for 5 minutes.
TIP: If you want to add some spiciness, you can add a serrano pepper to the mixture.
Add the chicken stock into the mixing bowl. Close the lid and blend with the measuring cup inserted for 1 minute / speed 7.
Add the epazote leaves and salt. Place the basket with the green beans on them and cook for 15 minutes / 212°F|100°C / speed 2.
Serve the soup with green beans, cubed panela cheese and decorate with epazote. Enjoy your soup!
