Make this sweet glaze for your Christmas ham in less than 30 minutes!
Ingredients
3.5 OZ / 100 G honey
8 OZ / 225 G orange marmalade
1 TSP ground clove
1 TSP black pepper
2 TBSP whole grain mustard
2 CLOVES garlic
1 TSP salt
Directions
Peel your garlic and add them to the mixing bowl. With the measuring cup inserted, chop your garlic in TURBO mode for 3 seconds. Scrape down the sides of the mixing bowl.
Add your marmalade to the mixing bowl along with the clove, pepper, salt, mustard and honey. Cook your glaze for 15 minutes / 212°F|100°C / speed 2 / stir. Once cooked, remove from the mixing bowl and allow to cool.

TIPS:
This glaze will perfectly serve around a 10-pound ham.
Spread the glaze over a preboiled ham and roast in a medium oven, make sure to baste every 20 minutes.
