A combination of sweet chocolate and refreshing fresh mint in one cup, ready to accompany your winter holiday!
Ingredients
9 OZ / 250 G milk chocolate
2 TBSP cocoa powder
2 OZ / 50 G fresh mint
35 OZ / 1 L milk
1 TBSP sugar
Directions
Break the chocolate into chunks. Add your chocolate, sugar and cocoa powder to the mixing bowl. With the measuring cup inserted, chop your chocolate for 10 seconds / speed 6.
Wash your mint, then add it to the simmering basket. Insert your simmering basket into the mixing bowl, then pour your milk over the top. With the measuring cup removed, cook your hot chocolate for 20 minutes / 185°F|85°C / speed 2 / stir.
Once your drink is ready, remove the simmering basket and serve the hot chocolate immediately.

TIP:
If you are not in any rush, keep your mint inside your drink, allowing the mint to steep even more.
