3.5 OZ / 100 G barley
70.5 OZ / 2L water
Directions
Add your water to the mixing bowl and heat up the water for 10 minutes / 265°F|130°C / speed 1 / stir.
While your water boils, toast your barley in a dry pan on a medium to high heat until dark brown.
Add your toasted barley to the mixing bowl and infuse your tea for 20 minutes / 250°F|120°C / speed 1 / stir. Once cooked, leave the barley in the mixing bowl to infuse the flavor for 10 minutes before straining the barley and chilling in the fridge.
Enjoy your drink! This can be enjoyed chilled over ice in the summer months or served hot when the weather gets colder. You can also add some sugar syrup into your glass if you want some sweetness to it.
