A lovely alcoholic drink to have on Thanksgiving evening. A more refreshing choice than red wine.
Ingredients
53 OZ / 1500 ML apple cider
1 EA lemon
1 EA clementine
2 EA cinnamon stick
6 EA all spice
3.5 OZ / 100 ML calvados
Directions
Thinly slice your lemon and clementine, then add them to the mixing bowl.
Add your cider, cinnamon stick, allspice and calvados into the mixing bowl. Warm up your cider for 30 minutes / 150°F|65°C / speed 2 / stir. Ladle into glasses and keep the remaining cider warm in the mixing bowl.
Enjoy your drink! If your mulled cider is too bitter, add a little bit of honey to the drink.
