Grab this sweet snack with peanut butter and crunchy crackers for a quick energy boost.
Ingredients
7 OZ / 200 G peanut butter
3.5 OZ / 100 G graham cracker
2 OZ / 50 G butter
1 OZ / 25 ML maple syrup
7 OZ / 200 G white chocolate (melted)
1 OZ / 25 G coconut flakes
Directions
Add your graham cracker to the mixing bowl. With the measuring cup inserted, chop for 10 seconds / speed 7.
Add your maple syrup, butter and peanut butter to the mixing bowl. Mix for 30 seconds / speed 3 / stir. Roll the mix into 1-inch balls and add to a baking sheet with parchment paper. Set in the fridge to cool for 10 minutes.
Once the balls are cold, dip them into melted white chocolate, then add them back to the baking sheet. Sprinkle coconut flakes on top, allowing the chocolate to set in the fridge for 1 hour before eating.
