Ingredients
4 OZ / 120 ML white rum
4 OZ / 120 ML coconut milk
4 OZ / 120 ML pineapple juice
14 OZ / 400 G frozen pineapple chunks
17.5 OZ / 500 G golden rum
4 EA pineapple leaves (optional)
Directions
Add white rum, coconut cream, pineapple juice and frozen pineapple chunks to the mixing bowl. Blend for 1 minute / speed 8.
Pour the pineapple mixture to the glasses and top with the golden rum. Garnish with pineapple leaves.
