Ingredients
4 EA bratwurst sausage
1 OZ / 30 G butter
2 OZ / 50 G flour
17.5 OZ / 500 ML beef stock
26.5 OZ / 750 G new potatoes
7 OZ / 200 G peas
Directions
Wash and peel the potatoes, then quarter. Place the potatoes in the simmering basket.
Add the butter, flour and stock to the mixing bowl and insert the simmering basket. Place the sausages on the deep steaming tray and the peas onto the shallow steaming tray. Cook for 25 minutes using the steaming mode.
Remove the steaming trays and simmering basket, then arrange accordingly on a plate. Pour the gravy over the top.
