This vegan-friendly cabbage soup is great for a quick detox meal after the Christmas celebration!
Directions
Peel the carrot, garlic and celery. Peel and quarter your onion also. Roughly chop the cabbage, carrot and celery. Quarter the tomato.
Add the cabbage, tomato, carrot, celery, onion and garlic to the mixing bowl. Chop for 10 seconds / speed 5. Scrape down the sides of the mixing bowl.
Add olive oil to the mixing bowl. Sauté with the measuring cup removed for 14 minutes / 265°F|130°C.
Add your stock, salt and pepper to the mixing bowl. Cook for 25 minutes / 250°F|120°C / speed 1 / stir.
