Try this healthy and delicious soup, ready in just 15 minutes!
Ingredients
3 EA cucumber
2 OZ / 50 G blanched almonds
2 EA shallot
5.5 OZ / 150 G green grapes
3.5 OZ / 100 G white bread
1 TSP sherry vinegar
2 CLOVES garlic
5.5 OZ / 150 ML water
1 TBSP olive oil
1 TSP salt
Directions
Peel the shallots. Peel the garlic. Peel the cucumber and remove the seeds, then roughly chop.
Add the water, almond, shallot, cucumber, garlic, bread, vinegar, oil, grapes and salt to the mixing bowl. Knead the mix for 2 minutes to mulch the vegetables. Allow to macerate for 30 minutes inside the bowl.
Blend the soup to make sure you have a smooth soup for 1 minute / speed 10. Adjust the seasoning if required.
Enjoy your dish! The soup is best eaten fresh but can be stored for 12 hours in the fridge.
