A vibrant drink that gives you immune boosting ginger and vitamin A from the carrots.
Directions
Peel the carrot and ginger and roughly chop. Add both to the mixing bowl and pulverize for 30 seconds / speed 10. Scrape down the sides.
Add the apple juice and then process again for 1 minute / speed 10. Pour into glass and serve immediately
Enjoy your dish! For a healthier option replace the apple juice with water.
