Ingredients

1 TBSP cumin seed

1 TBSP coriander seed

4 TBSP turmeric powder

1 TBSP black peppercorns

2 TBSP chili powder
Directions
Add all your spices to the mixing bowl and with the measuring cup removed, sauté your spice for 4 minutes / 250°F|120°C.
Once the spices have been toasted, reinsert your measuring cup and grind your spices for 45 seconds / speed 10.
You have made it.
