1 EA lime
3.5 OZ / 100 G ice cubes
2.5 OZ / 70 G frozen mango chunks
2 OZ / 60 ML sliver or Reposado tequila
1 OZ / 30 ML fresh lime juice
1.5 TBSP triple sec
1 TBSP agave syrup
Directions
Run a lime wedge around the rim of a cocktail glass. Spread salt on a small plate and set the glass rim side down in the salt. Shake off any excess and set aside.
Add ice cubes and mango to mixing bowl. Blend for 15 seconds / speed 8. Use spatula to scrape down the sides of the bowl.
Add tequila, lime juice, triple sec, and agave to the mixing bowl. Mix for 15 seconds / speed 6.
