As the winter approaches, this is a great festive drink with the natural warmth from the ginger.
Ingredients
1 EA blood orange
10.5 OZ / 300 ML cranberry juice
1 INCH fresh ginger
2 TBSP corn syrup
7 OZ / 200 ML soda water
2 OZ / 50 ML bourbon
Directions
Peel your ginger and add it to your mixing bowl along with your corn syrup. Pulverize your ginger for 30 seconds / speed 10. Scrape down the sides of the mixing bowl.
Add your bourbon, soda water, cranberry juice and the juice of half of the blood orange into the mixing bowl. Mix your drink for 20 seconds / speed 2 / stir.
Slice the remaining orange, then add it into a glass. Pour your drink over the orange in the glass and enjoy.

Recipe Note
TIPS:
If you cannot find the blood orange, try to use grapefruit, navel orange or clementine.
Give it more heat by replacing the soda with ginger ale.
