Ingredients
8 OZ / 220 G gluten-free flour
2 EA eggs
1 TSP xanthan gum
0.5 TSP salt
1 TSP olive oil
Directions
Add the flour, salt, xanthan gum and olive oil to the mixing bowl. Insert the lid with the measuring cup removed, knead for 1 minute. Crack the eggs and add through the hole on the lid till fully combined.
Remove from the mixing bowl and shape as desired by hand or using a pasta machine. Cook your pasta for 2 minutes in boiling water, then serve immediately.
