Ingredients
5 OZ / 140 G zucchini
2.5 OZ / 70 G mushrooms
2 OZ / 50 G tofu
2.5 OZ / 70 G minced pork
1 TBSP soy sauce
1 TSP sugar
0.5 TSP salt
1 TSP sesame oi
1 TSP sesame seeds
24 EA dumpling sheet
17.5 OZ / 500 ML water
Directions
Wash and trim the zucchini, roughly chop it and add it to the mixing bowl. Chop for 7 seconds / speed 5. Scrape down the sides with a spatula.
Clean the mushrooms and add them into the mixing bowl. Chop for 10 seconds / speed 5. Scrape it down with the spatula.
Add the tofu and the minced pork to the mixing bowl. Season the mixture with soy sauce, sugar, salt, sesame oil and sesame seeds. Mix the dumpling filling for 10 seconds / speed 1. Decant the mixture into a separate bowl.
Place a teaspoon of filling at the center of the dumpling sheet, moisten half of the rim with some water, fold it over and press the edge to seal it. Place the dumplings in the steaming trays. Once cooked remove the steamer trays and clean the mixing bowl. Add the hot water to the mixing bowl. Attach the steaming trays and steam the dumpling for 20 minutes / speed 1.
Add soy sauce, rice vinegar, sugar, sesame oil, and sesame seeds. Mix it well for 10 seconds / speed 3.
Serve the steamed dumplings with the prepared sauce. Enjoy your dish!
