Another excellent gluten-free alternative, it is used a lot in south Asian cooking.
Directions
Add your lentils to the mixing bowl. With the measuring cup inserted, pulverize the lentils for 1 minute / speed 10.
Scrape down the sides and chop again for 1 minute 30 seconds / speed 10. Store in an airtight container in a dry, cool place.
