Wash the parsley, then shake dry. Pick the leaves and add into mixing bowl and blend for 8 seconds / speed 6. Remove from mixing bowl and place to one side.
Peel the onions and cut into quarters, add them to mixing bowl and chop for 5 seconds / speed 6. Remove just half of the chopped onions and place to one side.
Add the mince beef, Sriracha, eggs, breadcrumbs, parsley, mustard, salt and pepper to the chopped onions in mixing bowl and mix for 1 minute / speed 4.
Drain the Feta cheese and cut into 1cm cubes and place to one side.
Take the burger mix and make into 12 patties, and place one cube of feta cheese in the center. Arrange on both steaming trays. Set aside.
Add the reserved chopped onions and butter into a clean mixing bowl and sauté on the roast for 5 minutes / 265°F|130°C.
Add the peas, vegetable stock, salt and pepper and cook for 10 minutes.
Carefully remove the steaming trays and add the peas. Attach the steaming trays again and cook with STEAM mode for 10 minutes.
Remove the steaming trays. Drain the peas and reserve the stock. Add the peas back into mixing bowl with the lime juice, mint and mash for 40 seconds / speed 9.
Serve the patties with the mushy peas and a sprig of mint for garnish. Enjoy your dish!
