A combination of cream cheese, evaporated milk, condensed milk and lime to top your cookie base.
Ingredients
14 OZ / 400 G cream cheese
9 OZ / 250 ML evaporated milk
9 OZ / 250 ML condensed milk
4 EA lime
50 pieces vanilla cookies (neutral cookies)
Directions
Add the cream cheese, evaporated milk, condensed milk, lime zest and lime juice into the mixing bowl. Mix for 40 seconds / speed 6.
Add a layer of cookies in the base of a cake ring, over a sheet pan with parchment paper. Then, add about 1/4 of the lime mix. Repeat the action up to 3 layers of cookies and end with a layer of lime mix. Refrigerate for one hour.
