Ingredients
4.5 OZ / 135 G oats
10 OZ / 280 ML water
13 OZ / 400 G frozen strawberries
2 OZ / 60 G peanut butter
1 OZ / 30 G protein powder
1 OZ / 30 G maple syrup
1/4 TSP salt
3.5 OZ / 100 G assorted berries
1 TSP chia seeds
Directions
Add 2/3 of rolled oats to mixing bowl.
Remove the measuring cup and toast oats for 8 minutes / 230°F|110°C / speed 1.
Add water to mixing bowl and blend for 2 minutes / speed 8. Set fine mesh sieve over large bowl and pour mixture through sieve. Return oat milk to mixing bowl and discard solids.
Add remaining rolled oats, frozen strawberries, peanut butter, protein powder, maple syrup, and kosher salt to mixing bowl and blend for 2 minutes / speed 6.

TIPS:
Pour smoothie into bowls and garnish with fresh fruits and chia seeds.
Make it ahead and transfer to ice cube trays - then blend your smoothie cubes up whenever you want!
Feel free to substitute any kind of nut butter or alternative milk you prefer.
