Ingredients
0.5 OZ / 20 G butter
2 OZ / 50 G shallot
2 CLOVES garlic
10.5 OZ / 300 G peas
21 OZ / 600 ML chicken stock
2 OZ / 50 ML cream
1 PINCH salt
1 PINCH pepper
7 OZ / 200 G gammon ham (cooked)
Directions
Peel both shallot and garlic, then add them to the mixing bowl. Chop for 5 seconds / speed 8. Scrape down the sides of the mixing bowl.
Add butter to the mixing bowl. Sauté shallot-garlic mixture for 2 minutes / 250°F|120°C using the sauté mode.
Add stock. Insert the measuring cup and cook in sauté mode for 15 minutes / 230°F|110°C.
Add the peas to your mixing bowl. Cook with the measuring cup inserted for 5 minutes / 230°F|110°C in sauté mode. While the soup cooks, chop the gammon ham into small dice.
Add cream, white pepper and salt to your mixing bowl. Process the soup with the measuring cup inserted for 1 minute / speed 10. Once processed, mix the ham through the soup and serve immediately.
